Sunapsis Group is a specialist consultancy founded in 2024, with teams based in Europe and Africa. We work with organisations and senior leaders operating in complex environments where relationships, reputation, and results all matter.

We have advised senior leaders, delivered large-scale programmes, and supported high-level convenings at international forums including Davos Week, the UN General Assembly, the WPL Summit, and the Munich Security Conference.

We support clients across high-level convenings, communications, protocol, and programme delivery, including monitoring and evaluation and grant processes. This involves collaborating closely with clients to define objectives, design the right approach, and ensure consistent delivery through to follow-through.

Our experience spans governance and democracy, peace and security, climate, digital transformation, economic policy, and health—often at the intersection of these areas. Our approach combines senior judgement with hands-on delivery.
